INSURANCE AND FEES
We are happy to work with individual clients based on their needs. We will discuss session fees with you during a brief evaluation over the phone. We are committed to working together to establish a fee that is not prohibitive.
We are in-network providers with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Optum (United Healthcare/Oxford) and Beacon Health Options (Emblem Health Non HMO, Crystal Run Health Plan - Commercial, GHI/Emblem Health Network, Value Options Commercial Non HMO, MVP Commercial Non HMO Network-IPA).
For our out-of-network patients, we will provide the invoices necessary to receive reimbursement from insurance companies. In our experience, most insurance plans cover between 60% and 75% of the cost of sessions. It is often helpful to call your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network coverage.
We accept a variety of payment options: cash, check, credit cards and Venmo.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedules. With more than 24 hours notice, we are happy to try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the session. Extenuating circumstances will certainly be taken into consideration and worked out on a personal basis.
